1. Information about the collection of personal data

In the following we inform about the collection of personal data when using our website. Personal data is all data that is personally available to you, eg. Name, address, e-mail addresses, user behavior.
Responsible acc. Art. 4 (7) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (DSGVO) is Heinz Kriescher (see Imprint).
The use of our website is usually possible without providing personal information. As far as on our sides personal data are collected, this takes place, as far as possible, always on freiwilliger basis.
When contacting us via one of our contact e-mail addresses, the data you  provide (your e-mail address, if applicable your name and your telephone number) will be stored by us to answer your inquiries. We will delete the data notified in this context after it is no longer necessary to save it.
If we have to rely on external service providers to carry out our  services, we will inform you about the respective procedures (see  below). In doing so, we also name the specified criteria for the storage duration.

2. Your rights

Your rights (Art. 12 et seq. DSGVO) with regard to the personal data concerning you concerning our company include:
the right to information
the right to rectification or cancellation
the right to restriction of processing
the right to object to the processing
the right to data portability
In addition, you are free to complain to us about the processing of your  personal data by a data protection supervisory authority.
If you have given us your consent, you can revoke it at any time with  effect for the future, without affecting the legality of the processing  based on the consent until the revocation.

3. Disclosure of data

A transfer of your personal data to third parties for purposes other than those described in this privacy statement and the following will not  take place.
We only share your personal information with third parties if:

the disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO is required to safeguard our legitimate interests, in particular  the assertion, exercise or defense of legal claims, and there is no  reason to assume that you have a predominantly legitimate interest in  not disclosing your data,
In the event that disclosure pursuant to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. c DSGVO is a legal obligation, as well
this is legally permissible and according to Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b DSGVO is required for the settlement of contractual relationships with you.

4. Collection of personal data when visiting and using the website

In the merely informative use of the website, we collect only the personal data that are transmitted through your browser to our server. For the consideration of our website the following data are collected,  which are technically necessary for us to show you our website and to  guarantee the stability and security (legal basis is kind 6 exp. 1 S. 1  lit. f DSGVO):
IP address, date and time of the request, Greenwich mean time (GMT) time  zone difference, request content (concrete page), access status / HTTP  status code, amount of data transferred, web site that receives the  request, browser, operating system and its Interface, language and version of the browser software.
Our legitimate interest follows from the data collection purposes listed above. In no case we use the collected data to draw conclusions about your person.
4.1. cookies

In addition to the aforementioned data, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive assigned to the browser you are using and by which the body that sets the cookie (here  through us) receives certain information. Cookies can not run programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They serve to make the Internet offer more user-friendly and effective overall.
Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include in particular the session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the common session. This will allow your computer to be recognized when you return to our website. Inquiries or notifications by e-mail to us can be transmitted to our website by  clicking on the listed e-mail addresses ( This always requires a valid e-mail address of the sender, which is visible to us in the case of successful contact. So knowing who the request or message came from to answer them. Further information can be voluntarily provided in your message to us.
The data processing for the purpose of contacting us is in accordance with Art. 6 para. 1 p. 1 lit. a DSGVO based on your voluntarily granted consent.
The personal data collected by us for the use of the contact form will be  automatically deleted after completion of the request made by you.

4.3. Tools

The measures listed below and implemented by us are based on Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f DSGVO. With the tracking measures used, we want to ensure the needs-based design and continuous optimization of our website. In addition, we use the tracking measures to statistically record the use  of our website and evaluate it for the purpose of optimizing our offer  for you. These interests are to be regarded as justified within the meaning of the aforementioned provision.

4.4. Google fonts

These websites use external fonts from Google Fonts. Google Fonts is a service of Google Inc. The integration of these web fonts is done by a server call, usually a Google server in the USA. This will be transmitted to the server, which of our websites you have visited. Also, the IP address of the browser of the terminal of the visitor of this website is stored by Google. 5. Data security

In addition, we use appropriate technical and organizational security  measures to protect your data against accidental or intentional  manipulation, partial or total loss, destruction or against unauthorized access by third parties. Our security measures are continuously improved in line with technological developments.
Data transmission over the Internet (eg in the case of communication by e-mail) may have security gaps. A complete protection of the data from access by third parties is not possible.
